REQUIREMENTS
- Must have educational background in Architecture.
- Familiarity with basic construction terminology and methods.
- Laptop with minimum required specs to run architectural software.
- Interest in starting a firm or freelance practice.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Willingness to visit construction sites and attend client simulations.
LEARNING PERIOD
- Estimated Duration: 3 Months – Learning Period is Flexible and Based on Individual Skill Mastery Ability.
FEES
- For Practical Skills Training and Business Startup Mentorship – KES 19,500 Per Month.
- For Architecture Business Startup Consultation – KES 3,500 for a one-day sit-down meeting.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Trainees are required to pay the first month’s fee in full before training begins.
- Subsequent monthly payments are due on or before the first session of each new month.
- Fees are non-refundable once training has commenced.
- Learning sessions are flexible based on agreement between the trainer and trainee.
- Certificate of Completion shall be provided once training is completed.
