NOT A FITNESS CLUB's "BOOT CAMP"
With all due respect to the trendy "Boot Camps" and "WOD's", TA Trainers is not that. We are often found training in the worst weather conditions, with or without equipment, typically under duress. We seek real preparations, real solutions in order to really be prepared for real situations and goals. This is achieved through:
Mental Sharpness - a keen self-awareness and assessment
Emotional Integrity - not being given to rage, misuse, egotism
Physical Capability - accomplishing your tactical fitness goals
Again, inquiries are welcome; please feel free to send an email via the "Contact Us" option above in order to determine if TA Trainers can benefit you. Any questions will be gladly answered! Unique people, disciplines, circumstances and goals should not shy away. Also, many of our inquiries are in regards to parents seeking fitness recommendations for their children.

WHY LISTEN TO ME?
I began serious training at age nine and have never stopped. At 15, I ran 400 meters in 54 seconds. At 45, I still matched that time. As a kid, I couldn't do a single pull-up. These days, at 200 lbs, I consistently rep 40+ pull-ups in 60 seconds. I have trained with police, Navy SEALs, triathletes, black belt martial artists, collegiate wrestlers, physicians and professional athletes. My own training has never slacked, regardless of circumstance, adversity or success. If you are a driven & motivated person looking to better channel your abilities, even if you are a beginner, please contact me, I will be glad to share my knowledge!
